cozy stay near the slopes
helpful staff early check-in early breakfast good communication
i found the staff very helpful . they allowed me an early check-in because of my early arrival. the breakfast service started early too, so i got tea before heading out. the personnel communicated well in english, made things easier for me.
the rooms dont have air conditioning. it got warm with the windows closed, and opening them brought in street noise.

the hotel includes storage for ski equipment and a drying area for boots. a short walk gives access to a cable car going to aiguille du midi. the railway station provides convenient access to the town center.

staff offers support and is based at the hotel nearby. communication happened effectively in english. i noticed the team worked hard to ensure guests feel welcome and assisted .

the room offered a comfortable space with views of the mountains. it felt very clean and tidy. individual beds met the needs, although turning over required attention to avoid falling off.

The location was excellent for accessing hiking trails.
My room was very small, I felt it was kitted out with cheap furnishings like a student on a budget would choose.

Breakfast offered a good choice of items. The hotel is close to the town center. The staff were friendly and ready to assist with directions.
The room was small and not very comfortable. There was no air conditioning, so the room got hot. Street noise made sleeping difficult at times.

I am disappointed with certain aspects of my stay. Soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from outside and adjacent rooms was noticeable. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, this was not acceptable.
